We bought our property in September 2005. Sue & Hakan(Platinum Property Ltd.) explained fully the buying process in Turkey and how easy it is to buy (which it was!). They answered all our questions we had before buying so we had a clear idea of running costs, expected rental fees, and other advice on opening a bank account, etc. Sue & Hakan arranged all the ordering/delivery of the furniture, arranged for the curtains to be made and hung, and building of fitted wardrobes – all of which we are really pleased with. Sue & Hakan ran us to Kas to get our tax number, and helped us with buying all our electrical goods, as well as other advice on where to buy all our crockery, etc! We moved in after a few days and are really pleased with the apartment we bought & the help Sue & Hakan have given.
