Purchasing property in a foreign country can be a daunting
prospect for some. With the professional support and advice
provided by Platinum Properties, our experience was, that
purchasing a property was made straightforward,
understandable and enjoyable.
Platinum Properties have a
powerful combination of a Turkish director who knows all
the procedures in the Turkish legal system(and who speaks
excellent English!) with a British partner who knows the
standards and requirements demanded by UK purchasers. As

tradespeople who helped in the furnishing of our property.
All the major furnishings were source locally in Kalkan with
Platinum’s advice. Meetings and visits were arranged, very
often at short notice, in order that orders could be placed
quickly and with confidence. This would have been very
difficult to do without Platinum’s involvement. Discussions
with local tradespeople can sometimes be difficult if they
do not speak English. With Platinum’s involvement, there is
no such problem!!
It is a measure of our trust
and faith in both Sue and Hakan as professionals of the
highest standard, that we continue to use them for any/all
subsequent matters.
